Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through yantrababa.org (“Website”) operated by Sri Yantra Services (OPC) Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. No Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered before order processing, at our sole discretion.

2. No Return Policy (General Rule)

  • Due to the nature of our products (spiritual, पूजा items, customized yantras, gold/platinum plated items), returns are not accepted unless:

    • Product is damaged during transit

    • Incorrect product is delivered

3. Eligibility for Return / Refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • You received a damaged product, OR

  • You received a wrong product

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos showing the issue

⚠️ No claim will be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified:

    • Replacement will be provided OR

    • Refund will be initiated (at our discretion)

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Return Conditions

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags and accessories

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if conditions are not met.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping cost will be:

    • Borne by the customer, OR

    • Borne by us (only if error is from our side)

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues

  • Minor color/design variations

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

9. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the order is returned due to:

    • Wrong address

    • Customer not available

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid again by the customer.

Any dispute arising out of refunds, returns, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India.
